Personal achievements within the role?
Re-structuring the referral and waitlist to make the team more functional. As a result have been promoted to Clinical Lead Band 7 starting in March.

What do you enjoy about being a locum?
The flexibility and independence to grow my clinical skills.

Most memorable moment within your career?
Having a client say their name for the first time.
