Mediplacements payroll services would like to make you aware of the following timesheet deadlines and payment dates over the Christmas holidays.

For your information; this festive season we will be running 2 weekly payrolls over Christmas and New Year to ensure that you all receive your pay in a timely manor. In previous years any locum timesheets collected after our official timesheet collection deadline would result in delayed payments carried over to the following week. This year with two opportunities to submit your hours, everyone will be paid more efficiently over the holiday period.

Timesheet deadlines / Payroll dates are as follows;

1st Payroll:
-For the week ending 22/12/2013, your timesheet deadline is Noon 23/12/2013. Payment will clear into your account on Friday 27/12/2013.
-For the week ending 29/12/2013, your timesheet deadline is noon 30/12/2013. Payment will clear into your account on Thursday 02/01/2014.
-For the week ending 05/01/2014, your timesheet deadline is noon 06/01/2013. Payment will clear into your account on Friday 10/01/2014.

2nd Payroll:
-For the week ending 22/12/2013, your timesheet deadline is noon 27/12/2013. Payment will clear into your account on Friday 31/12/2013.
-For the week ending 29/12/2013, your timesheet deadline is noon 02/01/2014. Payment will clear into your account on Monday 06/01/2014.

Please note; for locums that utilise the services of an Umbrella or payroll company please check bank clearing dates with your service provider.
