Position: Doctor
Location: Fleet - Ship Based


We have a number of opportunities for both locum and Permanent Doctors to join a team on board our clients award winning luxury cruise ships.

You will work on board as a ship Doctor with in the Medical Centre for all routine and emergency care for both our passengers and crew. The successful applicant will be faced with a varied caseload on a daily basis and the experiences gained will be hard to come by in any other medical environment.

• Duties will include covering daily clinics on the on-board the cruise ship.

Requirements:
• Medical Degree
• GMC Registration or current medical registrations in the following countries; Australia, Bermuda, Canada, European Union Countries, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, USA, West Indies
• 3 year post Qualification experience (FY1,FY2 plus one more year as an SHO
• Minimum of Six months recent experience with A&E / Critical Care Environment
• Competent management of cardiology cases, the ability to lead a cardiac arrest team
• Able to reduce common fractures / Dislocations
• Airway skills – intubation and conscious sedation
• ALS / ATLS
• No previous cruise ship experience required

Desirable:
• Anaesthetics and ITU experience
• General Medicine experience
