Meet the newest member of our BMS team, Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant Daniel from Sydney, Australia.

Daniel has 7 years of recruitment experience working as a National Recruitment Manager back in Australia and chose to join our Mediplacements team since moving to the UK.

He has hit the ground running and brought lots of fresh new ideas to the table with his wealth of experience in recruitment.

We thought we would ask Daniel a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…

What do you enjoy most about working for Mediplacements? Although I am new, everyone has been so warm and welcoming. The office has a great family feel and the recruitment process is done in a very professional way.

What is your career motivation? I always live by the quote “choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”.

What would you say is your strong point? Business Development is my strong point, I am good at building and maintaining professional relationships.

What is your most memorable moment within your role? Only a few weeks into my role and I have been hitting the ground running and meeting great new candidates and clients.

What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Integrating into a brand new culture is never an easy thing but it is a challenge I am enjoying.

What do you like to do in your spare time? I like going for weekend trips away and nice dinners. I love watching Football, Rugby League and Formula One. I also enjoy staying fit going to the gym and going for walks and runs.
