Mediplacements are looking for a skilled and experienced band 8a Pathology Quality Manager to fill an ongoing locum role in our client's laboratory based in East Sussex.

This position is due to start as soon as possible with a pay rate of £35 per hour.

Pathology Quality Manager
9am - 5:00pm
Monday - Friday

General Duties / Required Skills: Laboratory experience, Quality management experience, Q/pulse experience.

The Pathology Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) within the pathology laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. The role involves developing quality assurance programs, conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and providing staff training to uphold high standards in diagnostic testing and laboratory services.
