Job Requirements:
Act as a pharmacist providing a clinical pharmaceutical service involving
specialist/complex/high risk secondary care patients.
Utilise pharmaceutical expertise, working in partnership with patients, carers and healthcare
professionals to minimise medicines-related harm and facilitating medicines optimisation.
Contribute to the wider pharmacy service in both a clinical and day to day leadership role.
Be prepared to operate across a range of hours including evening and/or 7 day working, as
agreed between post-holders and their line manager.
Operate in accordance with the Trusts values

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold an MPharms Degree along with UK GPhC registration.
