* To independently manage a highly specialised clinical caseload supporting children with complex needs; utilising advanced practice skills to undertake assessment, diagnosis, management, treatment and monitoring.
* To develop and maintain the high quality clinical dietetic service provision to children and young people in the community and special needs school setting who require enteral feeding and nutrition support, in line with practice advances and commissioning changes and patient choice.
* Support where needed the coordination, monitoring & reporting on service activity and performance including the delivery of key performance indicators across the paediatric nutrition and dietetic service.
* Provide clinical supervision and guidance for the paediatric dietetic staff and dietetic students.
