Mediplacements are currently looking to recruit for a client based in Cheshire that are looking for a Technical Support Audiologist.
Pay: 20 - 25 per hour
Position: Technical Support Audiologist
Start Date: ASAP
Duration : 3 months
Location: Cheshire
Our client are looking for a candidate with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who will have the ability to prioritize their workload.
The successful candidate should be able to work with little or no supervision and also work well within a team.
They should be expected to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times.
Requirements and experience:
-Audiology qualification or experience
-Work experience in customer service and problem solving
-Work experience within a hearing aid industry
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
-Dealing with internal and external telephone queries
-Dealing with technical hearing aid problem solving queries and resolving the issue quickly and effectively
-Review and interpret IMAT information on a regular basis
-Inputting current knowledge of product/software into IMAT for sharing with other group companies
-Following up customer queries on SAP
-Attending new launches
-Regular training with internal and external customers
-Attending customer sites on ad-hoc basis for the setting up of deispensers and problem solving
-Daily review of internal trays
-To cover tech support & NHS helpline when required
-Support the customer service department
